A detailed questionnaire is used with the purpose of collecting sufficient information on, investor’s needs, investment experience and goals, risk appetite and tolerance, overall financial situation and special requests.
The next step is the classification of the client to the adequate level of investment risk, the selection of the type of services required, investment advice or portfolio management, and finally the opening of an investment account. The client is in contact with a specific relationship manager, who is in charge of the account, as often as needed.
This procedure safeguards the customer’s interests and at the same time, maximizes the benefits of cooperating with the company.
Investments services are provided through the investment account, which allows the client to monitor all portfolio transactions and to assess its returns.
Epic’s priority is to secure all investment transactions by using a custodian for clearing all transactions. Effective internal controls and strict compliance with laws and regulations safeguard the investor’s interests and secures transparency of all transactions.
Custodians of all assets are General Bank Of Greece and Bank Sarasin & Co Ltd Switzerland, All securities and cash are monitored by the company and are kept in special accounts per client.
Therefore the investment procedure is extremely safe and free of any conflicts of interest.
